I find that many of my clients prefer outdoor “walking sessions” as opposed to the traditional office setting. One of the many things I enjoy about practicing in a beach community is that we can take advantage of the fresh air and beautiful, safe walking paths. Many people feel that they can process emotions better while moving their bodies and breathing in fresh air.
